Divya Vidyalaya, Jawhar is a well equipped Residential School for blind and mentally challenged students.
Ms. Pramila Tai Kokad, who devoted her entire life to uplift the socially backward tribal children by imparting education to secure their future. She started her mission with 10 Children of remote villages of tribal area. Sewa International - UK, recognised her services and invested in building school and hostel for around 200 blind and mentally challenged students.
The School Building was completed and inaugurated by Shri. Bhaiya Ji Joshi in the year 2015 and the Residential hostel was inaugurated by Shri. Bob Blackman, a UK Parliamentarian.
